Battling shame, guilt, or regret can take a huge toll on one's mental health. Step into a safe empathetic environment where you will be supported to share the heavy weights you have been carrying. Bringing the things you hold against yourself out of the shadow and into the light is the first step in liberating you from the agony of self judgment. Come as you are. Practice cultivating compassion for yourself while being cared for and witnessed by others who can relate and support you wherever you are on your journey of cultivating Radical Self Compassion. You can expect group discussions, space to share your story, affirmations practices, journaling prompts, thought pattern release/reprogramming techniques, and meditations. You can build the ability to hold yourself with utmost compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance. Join this group and connect with others, to get more life force back by releasing limiting self-talk, and stepping into a Place of Radical Self Compassion.
